Mountain Hardwear Commits to Snow Sports with MSP Films Partnership
Skiers Michelle Parker, Samuel Anthamatten Join Global Athlete Team

Richmond, Calif. (Jan. 27, 2012) – Mountain Hardwear Inc., a leader in innovative, premium outdoor apparel, equipment and accessories, is proud to announce a multi-year partnership with MSP Films, the addition of skiers Michelle Parker and Samuel Anthamatten to the global athlete team and a partnership with Alaska Rendezvous Heli Ski Guides.

MSP Films, the leader in action sport filmmaking, uses ultra-progressive camera techniques, editing, and production values that have earned them many prestigious awards, including Emmy nominations for outstanding cinematography. Known for working with the bestathletes in the world in the most exotic locations, MSP Films has worked with Mountain Hardwear athlete James Heim in numerous locations including a remote hot springs in the Coast Range of British Columbia.

Based in Squaw Valley, Calif., Michelle Parker started her professional freeskiing career at age 15 and has been an impressive athlete in slopestyle and big mountain events and films ever since. Zermatt, Switzerland, is home for Samuel Anthamatten, who holds a number of first ascents and placed second on the 2011 Freeride World Tour. Parker and Anthamatten join fellow skiers Jenn Berg, James Heim, Noah Howell, Andrew McLean and Drew Stoecklein to round out the Mountain Hardwear snow sports team.

In addition to the new film partnership and athlete team additions, Mountain Hardwear has recently been named the official outerwear partner of Alaska Rendezvous Heli Ski Guides.
