Bio

Telluride-based Gus Kenworthy has been coming up through the ranks in the last year or so, most notably getting the nod to compete in the Jon Olsson Super Sessions with the “peoples’ choice” Team Newschoolers.  We first met Gus on a shoot in Idaho during March and were stoked to see him perform in the backcountry.  He later returned from Sweden directly to Stevens Pass, where he illustrated his rail prowess.  In the last few weeks of the season, he traveled to Keystone and Alyeska with our crew to launch massive kickers with his own unique flavor.  He’s young, ambitious, and ready to throw down in just about any setting presented to him.  We’re stoked to have him on the team and look forward to seeing what he’s got in store for 2011!
