Bio
Since being noticed on the park scene in the early 2000’s, Eric Hjorleifson has matured into one of the top big-mountain masters of the modern era. Often foregoing lines that can be accessed by snowmobile or helicopter, he sets his sights on the most challenging zones that can only be accessed under his own power. Every step of the process is meticulously studied by the man we call “Hoji,” from ski design to trip planning to trekking with camera gear strapped to his body. A true student in the art of skiing, Eric finds ways to leave his mark on everything he touches… including tracks laid in several places few others would dare to go.
